Will there be homework?

Sometimes during coaching or mentoring sessions, we may agree that some tasks or activities to be completed before our next meeting to add value to your journey. These tasks may include reading, reflecting, completing a worksheet or putting your learning into practice. This may be in addition to the actions you decide to complete as a result of the session. It is often the case that the time and energy you put in to creating positive change in between sessions that can be most impactful.

How do I know if I need coaching or mentoring?

Coaching can be described as a trained coach ‘partnering with a client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.’ The coach helps you to set and meet your goals, often with a structure process of inquiry, reflection, and action, providing you with a safe space to explore possibilities and gain clarity.

Mentoring is a nurturing relationship in which a more experienced individual, known as a mentor, provides guidance, advice and support to a less experience person. It is based on mutual trust, respect and open communication

During your initial conversation with Lucy, you can discuss your hopes and aspirations, to work out which service will best suit your specific needs.
